The commission will record election results in four different formats, beginning with polling stations and ending with the final national results.
The Polling Station Chairperson will fill out Form D-1 at the polling station level and then announce the results as they are recorded. The chairperson will deliver the D-1 forms and polling station supplies to the district office right away.
After receiving D-1 forms from voting stations and ballot boxes, the district team will check their accuracy and prepare Form D-2.

After obtaining the D-2 and D-3 forms, the National Result Tabulation Form (Form D-4) is used to check data accuracy by comparing input levels to the original D-1 form. The National Collation Center will complete the Final Election Result Form (D-4) and then announce the results.
